The products needed calculator is a quick and easy to way to calculate the fluid additives required to successfully complete your project. Simply input your bore length, final hole diameter, and type of ground and the products needed calculator will tell you exactly what quantity of fluid additives are required for the project.

This helpful tool is a great resource for contractors in the planning/bidding stage of a project.

Drill/Ream Rate Calculator

The Drill/Ream rate calculator is our most popular troubleshooting tool. It is used to help you calculate the appropriate rods per minute based on drill pipe length, gallons per minute of fluid pumped, current hole size, previous hole size and soil conditions.

This tool can help you dial in the appropriate amount of fluid to pump, and the correct speed at which to drill/ream. This helps avoid issues caused by moving too fast or not pumping enough fluid. This is a condition commonly referred to as “out running your mud”.
